Ready for Snow Day #2! All smiles & full of excitement!
(I, Averie, waited until after Daddy was able to join us in the snow before getting all bundled up again, but these kids sure had fun!)
Emmersyn asked if she could eat the snow, so we all told her to try it.
She liked it!
Sledding was much better on day 2...& Brady is ready to tackle the hills and go as fast as possible!

Good thing Brady was ready...just a little while later, Daddy was able to bundle up and head out to play in the snow with us. (Of course, I had to join in as well!)

Daddy took the older 3 for a walk in the woods in our backyard. We had fun!

I decided to sled some, too, and loved it!
But, wow! What a difference a sunny day makes...by the afternoon of day 2, so much of the snow (in the sunny parts) had melted.
I loved playing with Murphy in the snow, too!
Here we are in the more shaded part of our backyard where the snow hadn't started really melting, yet. I took Murphy sledding, but he wasn't a big fan!
Daddy was throwing the football with Brady, and Mommy caught this great pic of Brady. He calls it his "Odell Beckham" catch! :)
After logging many hours in the snow, we were ready to start heading in. Emmersyn stopped, sat back down in the snow, and then asked if anyone wanted to help her build a snowman (about the only snow activity we didn't get to do on this day 2). Brady said, "I'll help you, Emme." So sweet!
So, they very briefly attempted to build a small snowman...in hopes of building an even bigger one on day 3!
Such a fun snow day! Lots of laughs and lots of memories!
