it's a girl...

A final picture of Mommy pregnant!!  She is 39 weeks, 4 days...and we are all so very excited to meet our baby brother/sister!

Back in the Operating Room...Daddy took a picture of the clock a few seconds after Baby came out...12:58 p.m.

And...IT'S A GIRL!!!  Emmersyn Faith is here!

Her official weight...7 pounds 12 ounces.  Everyone (including the doctors and nurses) were very surprised at her size.  Our tiny one...our precious Emmersyn!

summer birthday celebration at school

Since I (Brady) have a summer birthday, I got to celebrate it early at school.  So, Daddy & Mommy both got to come have lunch with me...and then, after everyone sang "Happy Birthday," we got to share funfetti cupcakes with my class!  It did take me a day to two to realize that it wasn't actually my birthday, so I had to stop telling people that I had turned 6...not until July 2!! :)

Each year, the day after Easter, Daddy & Mommy hide our Easter baskets and send on a "hunt" to find them.  We look forward to it every year, and it's always fun to try to find out baskets...and then see all the goodies inside!!

Easter Sunday

HE IS RISEN...HE IS RISEN INDEED!

 

We are so thankful to serve a risen Savior!  And, on Easter Sunday, we enjoy celebrating at church...and then spending the evening with both sides of our family!

36 weeks

Time is getting closer for baby to be here.  Here is Mommy at 36 weeks!!  All is going well.

 

1st swim of the season

We LOVE swimming.  And, we look forward to swimming each year.  So, when Oma decided to start heating her pool for us to enjoy swimming a little earlier in the year, we were so excited!  So, one Saturday in early April, Mommy took us to Oma's for our first of many swims!

I also love the water, but I enjoy it at the water's edge...filling up buckets and dumping them out...splashing...I don't even need to get in to enjoy it! :)

preschool egg hunt

Preschool is a lot of fun.  I am enjoying all the fun and activities...and I get to twice a week.  On this day, we had our spring fun day, including our egg hunt.  I was pretty excited about it...and so glad that Mommy could join in on the fun!

32 weeks

Here is Mommy...32 weeks pregnant with our baby brother or sister!  All is going well...and we are so excited to meet our sibling!

for the love of the game

Daddy loves sports.  So, he loves teaching us how to play them!  One of his favorites to play is baseball, so he was happy when we all showed interest in it.  On this day, I (Brecken) was eager to learn how to do this...I've seen Brady play tball, so I knew it was "hit ball, drop bat, and run."  So, Daddy spent some time showing me how to play...so thankful for my Daddy & his love for us & sports!
