pumpkin patch

Each year, we love exploring through a pumpkin patch and enjoying this fun fall activity as a family. This year, we weren't able to go far to a pumpkin patch, so we went 10 minutes from home and had fun there. Afterwards, we went out for lunch and ice cream, so it was a great family time together.

We all got to get a pumpkin, and we had fun looking at all the different looking pumpkins. Beautiful fall morning together!

character day

Character Parade at school, and we had fun dressing up as a character from a book. Then, we got to parade around parts of Davidson while showcasing our costume and our book. (Mommy only buys one costume between this day and Halloween, so we either are wearing our Halloween costume and making it work for a character, or we wear something we already have at home. Helps us with our creativity.) :)

emmersyn's preschool fall festival

I was excited for Mommy to come join me at preschool for my fall festival. I had lots of fun playing with my friends and staying close by Mommy while we celebrated with fun fall activities.

fall break fun

Enjoy all the pics as we backtrack quite a few months. We have been staying busy, but we wanted to share our memories with you.

This past fall break, we headed out to Myrtle Beach with our friends, Mr. Kevin, Mrs. Kellee, & their 3 kids. We stayed in Oma's condo and enjoyed a few days of some fun in the sun. We had a wonderful time swimming (even though the ocean was really cold...thankful for a heated pool and hot tub at the hotel), playing in the sand, & making lots of fun memories.

(Sweet Brecken hit his head in the playroom the day before we left and had to get 5 stitches in his head. So, he had to wear a toboggan on his head to keep the sand out. He didn't mind at all!)

The boys found these fish by the ocean's edge and picked them up. They brought them to us and showed us. Brady wanted to give his fish a kiss...yuck!

And, then...his fish gave him a kiss back. Haha!

Mommy almost passed out at this sight. Ok, we were all pretty grossed out. Brady thought it was hilarious!

We ate at Benjamin's Calabash one night. Lots of food, lots of fun.

We enjoyed walking around Broadway at the Beach...shopping, eating lunch, and exploring at the Wonderworks Museum. We took our picture on the dinosaur...oldest to youngest.
