Another fun activity on our "summer bucket list" was to try roller skating. Daddy & Mommy used to roller skate "back in the day," so they thought it would be fun to teach us how to skate. And, the older roller rink where they skated was renovated and opened for dollar days and Christian skate night. So, we enjoyed skating several times this summer at Frye's Roller Rink...making lots of memories there!
Here we are...all laced up and ready. Brecken got to rent this super cool skate mate. It had wheels on it, and it sure helped Brecken as he zoomed around the rink!
Daddy helping Brady...he would get pretty frustrated every time he would fall, but he started getting the hang of it towards the end.

Brecken really got the hang of skating with his skate mate. He would skate round and round the rink...smiling at himself!
