phone pics #571

Sometimes, a quick phone picture captures some of our favorite memories.  Quality isn't always great, but the memory sure is!

I love playing make-up (which really means I play with brushes and chapstick!) :)
Mommy took some pictures of Averie giving me a make-over one night...and showing me how each of the brushes worked (with Mommy's help, too!)
I loved it...

Oma takes us older girls shopping twice a year for a long shopping day.  We love it...we try on lots of clothes, eat yummy snacks, laugh, talk, whine a little, and then end with a yummy dinner at Maggianno's.  Always a great time.  Mommy snapped this picture of us at the Lego Store...we had fun browsing through there before hitting the department stores.

We had a whole VW family picture taken this year at our Oma's house...& it turned out beautiful!
Daddy got front row tickets to the Hornets game from a client, and he loved it.  Mommy tried to see if she could see him on the tv at home.  There was a foul right in front of Daddy that made some of the people right around him jump up to get out of the way.  Daddy (& a few other guys around him) were trying to "help" Hornets player, Cody Zeller, not fall back on to them.  Mommy paused the tv and took a picture of it and sent it to Daddy...so fun!  (Of course, Cody Zeller makes Daddy look really, really short...haha!)  He had a fun night taking Poppy to the game with him...& being on the front row.
Daddy & Mommy at the Panthers game
Mommy walked around the corner to find the boys reading their Bibles together.  Such a sweet moment, so she had to take a quick picture.

Another cool experience for Daddy & Mommy (& a few other family members)...carrying the flag for the National Anthem during a Panthers home game.  They had been on the "waiting" list for a few years, and finally, the greenhouse suite had been chosen as some of the guests to go on field.  So, Daddy & Mommy got to the game early, did a few practice rounds of carrying the flag with about 60 other fans, and then got to go on the field during the National Anthem.  It was such a fun experience.

A fun girl's night for Mommy...dinner with some friends that Mommy has known since kindergarten. Yes, they went through 13 years of school together and enjoyed catching up at dinner.
