Book character day is always fun. We can pick out any children's book and dress up like one of the characters. (Mommy likes to tie this in with our Halloween costume if at all possible! :)) Then, we walk around parts of Davidson to showcase a variety of characters and books. So fun! I (Averie) chose the black cat from Pete the Cat: Pete's Big Lunch.
Brady chose to dress like Jack in The Magic Tree House series. This particular one is Dinosaurs Before Dark.
Brecken's preschool also had character day, and he was so excited to dress up as a storm trooper. So, he took his Star Wars book to school with him...happy to dress up!
We like costumes, so this was a fun day for us!
