We love Christmastime. Old traditions, making new traditions, the family time, the food, the fun...and most importantly, celebrating the birth of our Savior!
We start our season with selecting our Christmas tree. We have gone to the same lot (a friend of ours) for the past few years, and we have enjoyed their trees. We picked a smaller one this year, and we were excited to get it home and decorate.
(As tradition, we go with Uncle Blair & Aunt Blip & their boys...this year, we had our friends, Mr. Kevin & Mrs. Kellee & their kids join us in the fun. After getting our tree, we enjoyed dinner together at East Coast Wings & had fun together!)
Along with our live family Christmas tree, we each get to put a small tree in our bedrooms. We love decorating it all by ourselves, and we love adding one new ornament to our tree each year. I added a cheerleader ornament to my tree this year since I am on the cheer team at school.

He really likes to put a lot of ornaments around the bottom of his tree. That's the fun of it...we each have a very personalized tree :)
Brecken's tree...he will get to upgrade to a 4 ft. one like ours next year...and Emmersyn will get this 3 ft. one. He was happy to have his own tree this year (Brady & Brecken shared a room last year), and he had fun decorating it!
