The Karaffa's: summer fun continues...

Lots of summer fun continues for us. Averie left for her first over night camp. She went with our church for 5 days to Liberty University. She sure "roughed it" staying in college dorms, having a coffee shop on campus, & having her worship led by Rush of Fools. 😜 She had such a wonderful time and absolutely loved the speaker, worship time, game times, and everything about camp. She is already excited about next year! Someone took this picture of Mommy & her right before she got on the bus to leave. We missed her, but we are so glad she had such a fun time!

While Averie was away, Mommy took us to the Sea Life Aquarium at Concord Mills. Brecken's class went on a field trip there, so he was able to get a free pass to get in. So, away we went. We had such a fun time looking at all the sea animals and reading some fun facts. A fun day with Mommy for sure!

Brecken was hesitant, but he also took the time to read the information (see the booklet in his other hand?) and make sure it's "safe." 😉

Then, someone offered to take our group shot...so, even Mommy got to touch the starfish. (She wasn't as excited as we were...haha!)

Brecken & I read this and were in a little shock!! Um...seriously? That's what I said to my Mom. She just kept laughing. (These were the faces we made to her when we read this for the first time...soooo funny!!!!)
